TOR Fashion – Updated Cartel Bazaar Vendor Info

I finally got around to updating pages that had info on the Cartel Bazaar reputation vendors. I did not check each individual post to make sure things are correct and I only visited the Republic vendors, so there might be incorrect information for the Empire vendors. Please let me know if you see any mistakes.

Cartel Market and Reputation Guide
