When you are submitting named sets, it’s really helpful if you send a screenshot of one of the item tooltips too. A lot of the time, people either forget to include the name of the set or don’t understand where to get the name of the set and I can’t post the images because we categorize the posts by set name. Here are a couple graphics to help people identify the different information we need to post: For crafted sets, we need to know the Armor Weight, Set/Item Name and Set/Item Level. Currently, you can’t tell the Racial Motif from the item tooltip. For dropped sets, we need to know the Armor Weight, Set/Item Name, Item Level (each item will most likely have a different level, so a range would be good, eg, 12-16), Set Name, Set Bonus (sending an image of the tooltip is the easiest way to give this information), and Trait. 
Here’s where we stand on missing posts. We’ve received numerous reports that ZOS will be updating veteran-level gear sometime in the future. Here’s the spreadsheet of all crafted sets.
